Chills Dance Camp Policy

Dear Participant,

Thank you for choosing Chills Dance Camp. Your support drives us to deliver top-notch service and excellence. This agreement outlines the terms of cooperation between the participant (referred to as the "Participant") and Chills Dance Camp (referred to as the "Organization"), setting the foundation for a mutually beneficial relationship. It governs the rights and responsibilities of each party under this agreement.

1. Upcoming Camp Information:

Dates: July 18 - 20, 2025
Location: Mihtan K. Studios, 135 N. Victory Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502, USA.

2. Terms of Service

By agreeing to these terms, you are bound to adhere to them. These terms apply to all users and visitors of the Organization, with confirmation of legal age required. The Service is not accessible to individuals under 18 years old.

3. Pricing Policy

Our pricing policy allows for adjustments before order confirmation. Prices may increase as the camp start date nears, but the reserved ticket price remains unchanged for you. The Organizer may not impose additional fees, and participants cannot request a refund if tickets are later sold at a discounted rate.

4. Payment

Full prepayment is necessary for access to all purchased services. We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro, as well as mobile payment systems like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. By confirming payment, you confirm: (i) the right to use credit, debit cards, and other payment methods for orders; and (ii) the accuracy, correctness, and completeness of the provided information. All purchases can only be made through the official website of Chills Dance Camp or on-site if spots are available.

Please note that refunds are not available. Payment for participation in the dance camp is final and non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of plans. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

5. Tax Payment

The participant agrees to settle all types of taxes – federal, state, and municipal – arising from this sale, except for income tax.

6. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

While we strive to keep our Organization's schedule updated, there may be instances of pricing errors, description inaccuracies, and limited instructor availability. Delays in updating information and discrepancies in advertising materials on external sites may occur. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy and completeness of the provided information and reserve the right to amend details, make updates, and rectify errors or inaccuracies without individual notification. Note that such changes do not entail refunds.

7. Links to Other Websites

While using our service, you may encounter links to third-party websites or services beyond our control. We are not liable for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external entities. You acknowledge that the Organization bears no responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from the use or reliance on such content, goods, or services available through these links. We advise reviewing the terms and privacy policies of each third-party website or service for your security and confidentiality.

8. Unrestricted Use of Photos and Videos

Participants agree to grant the Organization unrestricted use of all photos and videos taken during the camp for its own purposes, free of charge and without limitations.

9. Privacy Policy on Personal Data

When registering on our service, personal identifying data, including email address, name, surname, phone number, credit card details, card expiration date, billing address, and usage data, may be collected for communication and identification purposes. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of this data to third parties for payment processing and order fulfillment.

10. Processing of Personal Data

By providing your consent, you allow the collection and utilization of personal data to ensure service execution, account management, identification, updates, special offers, and request processing. You retain the right to update, modify, or delete your personal data either through your website account or by directly contacting us. While the data deletion process may take time, we endeavor to promptly address your requests.

11. Confidentiality Commitment

13. Data Deletion Procedure

You hold the right to request the deletion of accumulated personal data. Should you wish to exercise this right, you can update, modify, or delete your information via direct contact or your website account. We ensure the privacy and security of your data throughout the processing, incorporating all necessary security measures.

14. Protection of Personal Data

We guarantee the security of your personal data through commercially acceptable measures, although it's important to note that no method of transmitting or storing data over the Internet is entirely foolproof.

15. Liability and Limitations

In adherence to this Public Offer Agreement, neither the organization nor its instructors bear responsibility for any special, consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, such as loss of profit, data, business interruption, personal injury, or breach of confidentiality, stemming from the use of the service or associated services. The Organization and instructors are accountable for upholding the terms of this Agreement in alignment with relevant legislation.

16. Participants' Health and Safety Responsibility

Participants are advised to possess personal health insurance to cover potential injuries and illnesses during the event. In the event of injury or illness, participants should promptly seek medical assistance at their expense and are accountable for their physical and mental well-being during the event. The Organization disclaims liability for injuries, illnesses, or other incidents occurring during event participation. Participants automatically agree to the terms of this Agreement upon event registration.

17. Release from Obligations

In circumstances of force majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, or events beyond any party's control, the affected party is absolved from contractual obligations. Prompt notification of force majeure circumstances to the other party is required, with the obligation to make efforts to mitigate these circumstances. Following the subsidence of force majeure events, agreement execution must promptly resume.

18. Financial Responsibility and Guarantees

The Organization and its staff are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, data, business interruption, personal injuries, or breach of confidentiality arising from Service usage. The Organization and its staff are solely accountable for fulfilling the terms of this Agreement according to applicable legislation.

19. Termination

In the event of violations of stipulated terms and general conditions, the Organization reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its organization, purchased services, or events without prior notice or ongoing liability. Subsequent to termination, access to services, facilities, and events will be immediately revoked.

20. Disclaimer

Non-enforcement of any contained rights or claims within these conditions does not waive the ability to exercise these rights or demand future performance. Our waiver of claims does not preclude the right to pursue further action in case of breach.

21. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or conflicts regarding the Service, we recommend attempting informal resolution through contact with our Organization.

22. Legal Severability

Should any portion of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be revised to align with the parties' intentions to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

Code of Conduct

At Chills Dance Camp, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants aged 16 and older. By attending the camp, you agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

Respect and Inclusion

Respect Each Other: Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Inclusive Environment: Foster an inclusive atmosphere that welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. Celebrate diversity and support each other's growth.

Professionalism and Courtesy

Professional Behavior: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Be punctual for classes and events, and follow instructions given by instructors and staff.
Freedom of Attire: You have the freedom to wear attire that is appropriate for the specific class as per the schedule. Ensure that your clothing is suitable for dance and respectful of the learning environment.

Health and Safety

Personal Safety: Prioritize your health and safety. Inform staff of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation.
Respect Boundaries: Respect personal space and boundaries. Do not engage in any physical contact without consent.
Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all common areas. Dispose of trash properly and keep your belongings tidy.

Communication and Collaboration

Positive Communication: Use positive and encouraging language when communicating with others. Constructive feedback is welcome, but avoid negative or hurtful comments.
Collaborative Spirit: Work collaboratively with fellow participants. Support and uplift each other to create a positive learning environment.

Ops/Meet Sessions

Duration and Conduct: After each class, there will be a 10-minute Ops/Meet session. Participants are allowed to take no more than 5 photos with the instructor.
Queue and Courtesy: Stand in line and respect other participants. Ensure that everyone has a chance to interact with the instructor.
Schedule Delays: If the schedule is delayed, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or shorten the Ops/Meet session to maintain the overall timetable.

Prohibited Conduct

Harassment and Discrimination: Any form of harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability is strictly prohibited.
Substance Abuse: The use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is prohibited on the premises.
Violence and Threats: Acts of violence or threats towards others are strictly forbidden.

Reporting and Consequences

Reporting Misconduct: If you witness or experience any misconduct, please report it immediately to a member of the staff. All reports will be handled confidentially.
Consequences: Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the camp without a refund, depending on the severity of the offense.

By participating in Chills Dance Camp, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and contribute to a safe and positive environment for everyone.
